Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Tradebise. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Tradebise.

1. Who we are

Tradebise ("we", "us", "the platform") is an AI-assisted trading-signal service operated by Rana Abdul Basit from Daska, Punjab, Pakistan, at tradebise.com. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Who may use Tradebise

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tradebise. By using the platform you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and that trading the assets you choose is lawful where you live.

3. Your account

• You must give accurate information when registering and keep your email address current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We store passwords only in hashed form and can never see them.
• One account per person. An account may be signed in on one device at a time — signing in elsewhere ends the earlier session. This protects your account and prevents subscription sharing.
• You may not share, sell, rent or transfer your account.
• Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may enable two-factor authentication, and we recommend it.

4. Free and paid plans

Tradebise offers a free plan and two paid plans: Standard Premium, and Premium + Signal Alerts. Daily signal limits apply to every plan, and the current limits are always shown inside the platform.

Signal alerts are messages sent to your Telegram account when the platform finds a new signal. We do not promise a set number of alerts: how many you receive depends on the market, and on some days there may be none. Alerts are sent only while a Telegram account is connected to your Tradebise account and alerts are switched on. When a signal you were alerted to reaches a target or its stop loss, we also send a short result message - wins and losses alike - while your alerts for that market are on.

If you already have Standard Premium days left, you can upgrade them to Premium + Signal Alerts and pay only the difference for those days.

No plan auto-renews. We never store your payment details and we never charge you again without you choosing to buy another period. When a plan ends, your account moves to the plan below it, or to the free plan, automatically.

We may change pricing or plan limits in future. Any change applies only to new purchases — never to a period you have already paid for.

5. Payments and refunds

Standard Premium costs 14.99 USD and Premium + Signal Alerts costs 19.99 USD, each for 30 days, and neither auto-renews. Payment is made in cryptocurrency (USDT) through our payment processor, OxaPay.

Cryptocurrency payments are final. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed, and your plan is delivered immediately, so crypto payments are non-refundable once your plan has been activated.

6. Signals are not advice

Everything Tradebise produces is technical analysis for information and education only. It is not financial advice, and we are not licensed financial advisers. Trading carries a real risk of loss and any decision you make is your own. Our full Risk Disclaimer forms part of these terms and you should read it in full.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract signals or data from the platform.
• Resell, republish or redistribute our signals, whether free or for payment.
• Use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to get around daily signal limits.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Present Tradebise signals as your own analysis, or use them to give financial advice to others.
• Use the platform for anything unlawful, including money laundering or fraud.

8. Our content

The Tradebise name, logo, platform, signal methodology, written articles and design are our intellectual property. You may use signals for your own personal trading. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

9. Availability

We work to keep Tradebise online and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform depends on third-party exchanges, data providers and hosting, and may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or events beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, delay, or inaccurate third-party data.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, attempts fraud, or puts the platform or other users at risk. Where a paid account is closed for a serious breach, remaining Premium time may be forfeited. You may stop using Tradebise at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing us.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Tradebise is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The "last updated" date above will change, and significant changes will be communicated in the platform or by email. Continuing to use Tradebise after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. Where local consumer law in your own country gives you stronger rights, those rights are not affected.
