This policy describes exactly what Tradebise collects, why, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. It is written to match what our system actually does — not copied from a template.
The short version: we collect what we need to run your account and generate signals. We never sell your data. We never see your password or your card details. You can delete your account whenever you want.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Tradebise is operated from Daska, Punjab, Pakistan. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Name and email address — to create and identify your account.
- Password — stored only as a one-way hash. We cannot read it, and neither could anyone who obtained our database.
- Watchlist — the symbols you choose to save.
- Two-factor secret — only if you switch on 2FA.
- Social sign-in identifier — only if you choose to sign in using an external account. We receive your name and email, never your password for that account.
Information collected automatically
- IP address — for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- Country — derived from your IP so we can show relevant markets and understand where our users are.
- Device fingerprint and session details — a basic signature of your browser and device, used to enforce one active session per account and to detect suspicious logins.
- Visitor ID — a random identifier in a cookie that lets us apply free daily limits without requiring you to sign in.
- Signal and chart activity — which symbols and timeframes you look at, so we can enforce daily quotas and improve the platform.
- Push subscription details — only if you allow browser notifications.
- Email activity — whether our emails were delivered and opened, so we can email you less often if you are not interested, and stop entirely if you unsubscribe.
Payment information
Premium is paid in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. We store the transaction reference, the amount, the status, the network and the transaction hash — enough to confirm your payment and activate Premium.
We never receive or store card numbers, bank details, or your wallet's private keys.
3. Why we use it
- To create your account, sign you in, and keep it secure.
- To generate signals and apply the correct daily limits for your plan.
- To process Premium payments and activate your subscription.
- To send account emails you need — password resets, payment confirmations, security alerts.
- To send market updates and offers, which you can stop at any time.
- To detect fraud, abuse, bots and unauthorised access.
- To understand overall usage and improve the platform.
4. We do not sell your data
We have never sold, rented or traded user data, and we will not. We do not run advertising networks that profile you across other websites. Your email address is not shared with any third party for marketing.
5. Services we rely on
Running Tradebise means using trusted providers. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:
Categories of service provider
Cloud database providerStores account data
Cloud hosting providerRuns the platform
Network security providerDNS, security, bot protection
Email delivery providerSends account emails
Payment processorCryptocurrency payments
Charting providerEmbedded price charts
Market data providersLive market prices
Market data providers (such as major exchanges and financial data feeds) receive only the symbol being requested — never your identity. We may change or add providers as the platform grows, and this page will be updated when we do.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so by a valid legal request.
6. How long we keep it
- Account details — while your account exists, and deleted on request.
- Search and signal activity — automatically deleted after 7 days.
- Signal history — automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Payment records — kept longer, as financial records must be retained for accounting and tax purposes.
- Security logs — automatically deleted after 30 days.
7. How we protect it
- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Passwords are hashed with a strong one-way algorithm and never stored in readable form.
- Sessions use signed tokens and are bound to one device at a time.
- Optional two-factor authentication is available on your account.
- Rate limiting, bot protection and input sanitisation guard against abuse.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you promptly and explain what happened.
8. Your choices and rights
- See your data — email us and we will tell you what we hold about you.
- Correct it — update your details in your account, or ask us.
- Delete it — email [email protected] and we will delete your account and personal data, keeping only what law requires us to retain.
- Stop marketing emails — use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or the preferences page it links to. Account and payment emails will still be sent, because you need them.
- Turn off notifications — through your browser settings at any time.
9. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, and none of them are advertising cookies:
- A visitor ID cookie, so free daily limits work without an account.
- A session token, so you stay signed in.
- Security cookies set by our network security provider to block bots and attacks.
Blocking cookies entirely will stop parts of the platform from working.
10. Children
Tradebise is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
11. International users
Tradebise is operated from Pakistan and our providers store data in various countries. By using the platform you understand your data may be processed outside your own country. We choose established providers with recognised security standards.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change how we handle data, we update this page and change the "last updated" date. Significant changes will be announced in the platform or by email.
Any privacy question at all — write to [email protected].
