Risk Disclaimer

Last updated 23 July 2026

Trading financial markets carries a high level of risk. You can lose money, and you can lose it quickly. Please read this page carefully before you use any signal from Tradebise.

In one sentence: Tradebise gives you analysis, not certainty. Every trading decision you make is your own, and so is every outcome.

1. We are not financial advisers

Tradebise is a technical-analysis tool. Nothing on this platform — no signal, entry price, target, stop-loss, chart, article or email — is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

We are not a licensed broker, investment adviser, or financial institution in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction, and we are not registered with any financial regulator. If you need advice about your personal financial situation, speak to a qualified, licensed professional in your own country.

2. Signals can be wrong

Our signals are generated by an algorithm that reads price data and market structure. Algorithms work on probability, not prophecy. Any individual signal can be wrong, and some will be. A stop-loss can be hit. A target may never be reached. Markets can move violently against a perfectly reasonable analysis.

We do not promise profits, and we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or any particular result.

3. Past results do not predict future results

Any historical figure, statistic or example shown on Tradebise describes what has already happened. It is not a promise, projection or guarantee of what will happen next. Market conditions change constantly, and a method that performed well in one period can perform poorly in another.

4. Crypto markets carry extra risk

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and trade 24 hours a day. Prices can move sharply in minutes, including while you sleep. Liquidity can disappear during stressed conditions, and exchanges can suffer outages, delays, hacks or insolvency. Digital assets are unregulated or lightly regulated in many countries, including Pakistan — you may have little or no legal protection if something goes wrong.

5. Leverage multiplies losses

If you trade with leverage or margin, both your gains and your losses are magnified. Leverage can wipe out your entire position — and in some cases more than your original deposit — from a small price move. Tradebise signals do not assume, recommend, or account for any particular level of leverage.

6. Only risk what you can afford to lose

Never trade with money you need for food, rent, school fees, medical costs, or debt repayment. Never trade with borrowed money. Treat any capital you commit to the market as money you are prepared to lose entirely.

Our advice, plainly: use a stop-loss on every trade, keep your position size small enough that one loss cannot hurt you, and never chase a loss with a bigger trade.

7. Do your own research

Use Tradebise as one input among several — not as your only reason to enter a trade. Check the chart yourself. Understand why the signal says what it says. If the reasoning does not make sense to you, do not take the trade.

8. Data may be delayed or inaccurate

Tradebise relies on market data from third-party providers and exchanges. That data may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally wrong, and services can go down without warning. Always confirm live prices on your own exchange or broker before placing an order.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradebise and its founder accept no liability for any trading loss, lost profit, missed opportunity, or other direct or indirect damage arising from your use of this platform, its signals, its content, or any interruption of service. You use Tradebise entirely at your own risk.

10. Your responsibility

You are responsible for knowing whether trading the assets you choose is legal in your country, and for meeting any tax obligations that arise from your trading. Laws differ widely between Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and elsewhere, and it is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you.

If you do not accept this disclaimer, please do not use Tradebise. Questions? Write to [email protected].
