Before you write

Including these details usually gets your problem solved in one reply instead of four:

• The email address on your account.
• Your user ID, shown in your profile.
• What you were doing when it went wrong, and the symbol and timeframe if it involved a signal.
• Your device and browser, for example "Android, Chrome".
• A screenshot of any error message.

Common questions

I paid for Premium but my account still shows Free

Crypto payments need network confirmations, so Premium usually activates within a few minutes. If it has been longer than an hour, email us with the transaction hash from your wallet and we will activate it manually.

I have used all my signals for today

Free accounts get a set number of signals every 24 hours and the counter resets automatically. Premium accounts get a much larger daily allowance. Your current usage and reset time are always shown inside the platform.

I forgot my password

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. We email you a reset code that is valid for a short time. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before writing to us.

I was signed out unexpectedly

Tradebise allows one active session per account. Signing in on a new device ends the session on the old one. If you did not sign in elsewhere, change your password immediately and turn on two-factor authentication.

Does Premium renew automatically?

No. Premium runs for 30 days and then simply stops. We never store your payment details and we never charge you again unless you choose to buy another period.

How do I stop marketing emails?

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can manage your choices on the preferences page it links to. Account emails such as password resets and payment confirmations will still be sent, because you need them.

How do I delete my account?

Email us from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We remove your account and personal data, keeping only records that law requires us to retain. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

A signal lost money. Can I get a refund?

No. Tradebise sells access to analysis, not guaranteed outcomes, and trading always carries risk of loss. Please read our Risk Disclaimer before trading. If you were charged incorrectly or Premium was never activated, that is different — contact us and we will fix it.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email [email protected] with the details and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We take these reports seriously and we are grateful for them.
